Not been in a good place. Very unhappy need help!!

good luck for next week, it's definitely hard in this weather. I just wondered if you ever tried low carb, high fat, I found it as good way to loose it quick. I lost 16 kilos for a gall bladder operation on that fairly quickly. just wondered if you may have heard or tried it. xx

I wish I could say something that would help,at this moment in time your goal may seem a long way off but you will get there, just stick with FS and keep posting, there are a lot of good people on this site, some are very knowledgeable all are very supportive, some will have been in your position, and know what you are going through. tomorrow is another day and a new start, we all fall from time to time just never give up and you will get there. Good luck with your journey to a healthier you.  

Hi jessamoolane, I feel your pain sweetheart. I'm going through a similar self destruction, or that's how it feels in my case. This is such a struggle this time around for me, but I've added bonus of being menopausal and fighting this blinded. But don't give up. We can fight this together. I succeeded once before losing 7 st and we can and will get through this. .
