Deep sigh, this week has been a bear. Crazy busy, hard to get away from it. Writing this during a short break to capture what's going on, how I'm doing. I'm going to try and swim today, but waiting on others so we'll have to wait and see. Will definitely walk tonight if I don't swim. Need the mental break. Head down, deep breaths, this too shall pass.
