I'll try cutting down to maybe two slices a day. The bread I eat is 100% Whole Wheat and 50 calories per slice. I quit the Diet Soda 3 month ago. When to town and picked one up for the ride home. Made me nauseated and bloated. I can't drink sugary drinks they make me nauseated. So pretty much I stick to unsweetened iced tea, coffee and ice water. Keep in touch, WE WILL DO IT! And keep each other in prayer.
