this is terrible. two years and no weight loss
133,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 35,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Don’t give up! Find what’s not working and adjust and change.

Don't despair. You will find what works for you. I'm sorry that you have had such a difficult time but would hate for you to give up.

Make sure you are eating at least 60 grams of protein a day (that is the amt I need--you may need more) and drinking water. Learned from several Doctors that if you don't get that protein, your body starts to burn organs and muscle and metabolism slows and doesn't burn fat. Also, MUST drink water as your body needs it to break down fat. Once I adhered to those things I finally started losing weight. I had cut down to 600 calories a day and still wasn't losing til I got with it on the protein and water, then steady loss.

Make sure you are weighing and logging all your food. ;)

Just because you did not loose weight does not mean you didn’t improve. I gain 12lbs of muscle and loss about 14lbs of fat. Net net I loss two lbs but my BF dropped 8%. Especially, if your lifting don’t expect to loose.

My suggestion...try fat free vegan...and count calories of course too...I walk 3.1 miles everyday...something is not adding up...literally...write down a a food plan the night before...or try Food Addicts Anonymous in Recovery...meetings everywhere...FA.org...and ..Dr. John McDougall says the fat we eat is the fat we wear..I believe it..this food plan has worked for me for years..I stay under 10 grams of fat daily...

Hang in there. If possible, try to add a little more movement to your day. That will also help.
