Hang in there Jasmine. Glad to see you are still looking forward to working out again. The key for me is to not let my workout skip for too long. Then it feels like i have to start from the beginning. I like to hit the gym 5-6 times a week myself. And when i miss a while i tend to get frustrated, especially if there is a drop in my workout performance. But I am sure you will fight through the pain and come back better than before. Hang in there!
