What a week it's been and it's only Wednesday! Gah! I never realized butter had so many calories, I was doing fine until I added that today. I put some butter on my bread. Oh well, I'll remember next time...The scale finally came down today! I hope I didn't screw things up by eating butter...*sigh* Still learning how to count these calories. Times creeping by, time to get more active and get back below 1200 a day. Cheers!
