Last week I hardly worked-out, and then I had family staying with us throughout the weekend. My diet went right out the window. Gained two pounds. :-( I'm now doing a new challenge which will hopefully get me back on track and motivate me to lose another 10 pounds! I did it once, so I have to stay positive and motivated and I'm sure I will be able to get to my goal weight (or lower) in the next 10 weeks. Wish me luck!
59,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
