Diario de hbkim, 25 mar. 13

Usually, I weigh myself after exercising but the gym was closed today so I couldn't play badminton this morning. I'm about a lb heavier today than I would've been. I'm going to try fasting three days a week instead of two. Although I lost a lot of weight my first week, I lost only 1 lb on each of my second and third weeks. Lets see if fasting 3 days a week speeds up the weight loss a bit.
72,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
