Okay woowowowowo I am totally bouncing today!! As soon as I finish this journal entry I am going to bounce on down to the Wii Fit for some fun Mii time!!
249.5!!! I'm int he 240s!!!!! My first big goal has been met!!!! Floor goal for the November Challenge, check! And it's ONLY Oct. 5th!!

Okay so the Wii Fit is VERY neat, I am liking it. I think it will only help me to my goals faster. I am not replacing my Yoga Class or walking but I AM using it to supplement since tomorrow is the last day I will be doing the free gym membership. And it might be better since I can fit in 5-10 minutes here and there much more easily anyway and it will keep my metabolism guessing :)
Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 4.5 from now. The goal date is now officially Nov. 1st (or sooner! weee) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 15.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching!! Isn't that exciting!!

Yeah just wii wittle bit! LOL 25 mins this morning :) Did the Strength training, a little aerobic and a little balance. Man, and the poses are no joke. The strength training does similar things to the strength training in my yoga class. I really think the balance especially will help my rapier fighting. I have to admit I was at least a little skeptical that this could replace the gym, but I truly think it can. It, like my yoga class, gives you as much as you put in. So long as I don't get lazy it is a REALLY good work out. Right now I am just sorta "playing" through all the neat stuff, I might settle on a more regular routine in a week or two but maybe not I keep unlocking new ones :)

Great job! Yes, it is normal to lose inches. Inches show you are losing "fat" and not just "weight". Good job on the exercise. Congratulations on hitting your first mini-goal! That is awesome! You WILL reach all your goals. :)

Did ten more minutes of balance training this evening and went grocery shopping this afternoon. All in all fairly active for a Sunday for me :)

Oh Sara I KNEW losing inches is good, I just don't know what is fast and what is slow, what is healthy etc,!!
