I am so glad to be back. I havd a really bad three weeks., My computer cash on me. I do home daycare so that is my life on that computer....... I sat on this computer all day and night........ I tried everything and got it to work a little while then it would crash. So under all that stress I was not thinking baout what I would eat and gain so much in three weeks or may be its only been two I beleive....... I eat and never throught about it. I cannot blame no one but me. I am starting back in the morning I really need a lot of help on here please!!!!!! I have to get back on trackkkkkk
