OK....hey everyone..this is crazy,i am doing something wrong here!
I have gained like 3 lbs!!!! wow, yea i have slipped up a few times but got right back on track. I think my biggest problem is that me and my son are living with my mom and step-dad right now and their are foods in the house that are tempting. It's hard to resist sometimes...but i think i have been doing ok so far, i am still doing my excersize routine EVERY night and i've been adding a little to it.As soon as hubby makes his 2nd check we are gonna try to get our own place, the bad thing about it is that my brother and his 3 kids are wanting to move in with me when we do move...it has been like this for years, every time i get a place there he is, wanting to move in. I feel sorry for him sometimes then i always get stuck watching his kids, they are 10,8,and 7...plus i have a 21 month old. In the past i have done everything for those kids like i was pretty much their mom...but me and my brother are really close and i want to stay that way but also have my OWN place...it can be really stressful at times and when a girl like myself gets stressed...i eat!!!I hate that. So what do yall think i should do about the brother situation????? Help please!!!
Anyways...i kinda got off track there for a minute. I did ok on my diet today, the only mess up was, i had a slice of cheese, not the fat-free either. Good news though...i haven't had a Mt. dew in a few days...i found something to replace it. The new coke zero. It's really good, tastes like the real thing,but it has no calories,carbs or anything!
Anyways that's it for tonight, sorry i talked your ears off
