Amazed that this is where I’m at after the holidays. Feels like the scale is lying 😂 Definitely was a little more lax over the break but I never stopped counting (at least in my head..).Finding a local running group has made such a huge impact- I highly recommend it for those looking to incorporate some type of regimen but are having a hard time doing it alone. I hated running until this and now it’s my favorite part of the week! I just received an awesome t-shirt for getting 10 stamps on my punch card 2 weeks ago (1 stamp for each weeks run), and my husband got his last night 🙌
