Diario de lapbandchick, 07 mar. 13

Im 79 exactly! ! more week and hopefully I get to 78 and out of obesity! My dad decided to sign me up for the gym which I'm excited about. Saturday is te big day but I should really motivate myself to work out at home before then to lose some fat and gain some muscle already-at least get in the habit. Yesterday was a rough night, met some old high school friends and woke up in a daze. I also indulged in a rum and coke zero after so long last night:) was fun but every fun thing has an upside-im a zombie today! I hope it rains xx
79 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1 kg.    Aún para ir: 6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
