Recording what I eat is definitely helping me to get back on track. I just need to continue this through the weekend. There is so much going on - birthday party tonight (the kind with lots of food and alcohol!), wedding tomorrow, and both daughters, son-in-law, and grandson home for the weekend. I even bought food for the babysitter who will be watching Noah during the wedding and dance. Lots of dangers - but I will be good to myself and not go completely overboard!
