YAYYYYY I'M BACK DOWN!!! But my BMI is only down by 0.1% so I think some of that was muscle mass because I've been so busy/exhausted what with school/work/placement that I haven't had too much time solely for exercise. Although I have been walking when I can and am still doing the 100 pushup challenge, I haven't been going on the treadmill like I was - I'm hoping to get an hour in on Thursday and/or Friday though!
[edited] Happy to say that my weight loss is also spurring me forward and giving me renewed energy to continue on with the dieting and exercising (not that I wasn't into it before, I'm just more for it now that I'm seeing results again!) [end edit]
