yesterday was all over the shop, I had my hair appointment, forgot my lunch, ended up drinking a coffee and binge eating when I got home even had a glass of wine but I kept my eating in check and was minorly over in carbs but pretty good for an ad hoc day. its my birthday and will be my first time eating out so this is going to be interesting......
