we have one of those scales that measure body fat percentage.

even though the pounds are (thankfully) on a down trend, my bfp jumps around like an out of control pogo dancer. puzzling indeed!
115,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Thanks, I always drop a lot of weight fast at first and then I stop dropping weight and loose inches. I think I loose a lot of excess liquid at the outset. Do you have any idea why body fat percentage would fluctuate a lot (sometimes 4%) on a day to day basis? Maybe I shouldn't pay a lot of attention to that right now.
