Happy Wednesday everyone: My 10 y/o daughter turns 11 at 12:42PM this afternoon. I will be hosting a campout Birthday Party for her this Friday evening. She has written a very funny script based on a true story about she and I. It has been fun talking with her about it this week and deciding what to do for our different scenes. Truly I believe my new energy level is bringing brilliant idea's my way as this movie project is one of the ideas that just came to me while I was working out on the stairmaster. I will learn how we can post video and pictures on this site as I would love to share some of my life in pictures with my buddies.
The Time Capsule project for my 30th H.S. reunion and the New Art's H.S. is coming along well as I will return the enthusiastic Deputy Superintendant's call this morning:)
I'm in heaven, as my weight is staying at 157! No cardio this morning as I'm making some phone calls and doing other errands. TOWANDA!!!

Happy Birthday to your daughter!!! That sounds like its going to be a GREAT birthday party!! Attitude is everything. It's your willingness to stay on track that's doing it.;) You are bettering yourself every day....and the liver is burning fat for energy instead of storing it around the waistline. ;) YAH!!
