Hey, not sure if it will help you or not, but something that has worked for me and I notice I lose is when I stop eating processed carbohydrates. All my carbs come from fruit, whole grain bread, etc. I still haven't been able to give it all up, but when I am at work for the most part I do not have any processed carbohydrates, only the natural kind. I still allow myself to eat pizza and stuff like that, but 5 out of 7 days I don't normally eat processed carbs and it has helped me drop a little bit and get over my plateau that I was stuck on for 5 months.
