Well, That really sucks. The last four days have really been hard for me. I did not make very good eating chocies. I know that I was the one that did this to myself. But this is a new day and I am going to stay on track I can not let that happen again go I will not get any where. Today i am watching what I eat and making sure I go walking after all my daycare kids leave to night.......
102,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 40,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

thanks for the comment. I woke up this morning feeling really focused. I've done better for the last two days and you would be amazed at how much better I feel just having done that. Just try for one meal, and then two, and then a whole day. Just take it a little at a time. I know how overwhelming it can be, but I did it...your turn.
