I weighed yesterday morning after breakfast and with my clothes on. I decided to do it again this morning before breakfast and no clothes. (I also made sure I shaved my legs last night. Every little bit helps.) Sure enough, 1 less pound than yesterday morning! I've gotta say... I'm stinkin' proud of myself. I've been stuck at 175 FOREVER. Since about September, I've been stuck in a viscious cycle of trying really hard for about a week at a time and then getting PO'ed that I didn't see any results. So I would eat on the weekends, feel guilty Monday, and do the same thing again the next week. Totally spinning my wheels. I made the first New Year's Resolution I've ever actually kept for this long, and that was to do some kind of exercise every single day, without exception. Even if it was just an easy walk, I promised to move my butt daily. Since I've done that, I've been more motivated to stick to it on the weekends and it's paid off. Since I got back into weight training, my BMI has gone from 29 to 25 in 2 1/2 months. I'm starting to see my pre-baby body, and it's exhilerating. :-)

No Kidding! That BMI change is great! That means you have more muscle now which will help burn more fat even when you're doing those easy walks. Congrats!

To add to above if you have more muscle then the scale may not change as much but your still losing. That is awesome

I am proud of your dedication to exercise everyday. It is going to be a great example for your baby, who is going to grow up very fit and healthy!
