I realized something the other day. Any transformation of body or soul is painful. Birth is painful. Teething is painful. Puberty is painful - both physicaly and emotionally.
Why would losing weight, building muscle or getting shredded be any different? If you're uncomfortably sore, you're doing something right, me thinks...
