have been eating more - not as much as before but not all good. When I saw dr today he was very happy with my loss but set me a goal of 5 kg (5 kg is 11 pounds - sounds a lot!) in next 6 weeks. He will be away then though so appt is made for 5 weeks. Does that mean i need to loose only 4? put 4 mls of fill in my band.
Said he advised 4 but ladies often wanted 5. I thought i would go with what he advised. I have heard a lot of stories of throwing up or pain after eating or drinking and so far i haven't had any trouble.
Slow and steady. Looking forward to exercise as moving freely now.
