Gained almost 4lb water weight during period that masked the expected 1lb loss for that week. Now numbers are looking about right at 1lb loss per week.
Also, adding sauna isometrics to usual short (15 mins) sauna row (4x/wk). Feels like it is serving muscle growth.
Subbed bone broth powder with all natural whey for breakfast. Still add collagen, MCT, flaxseed and half banana. Carbs net at 80g with some sugar. IF 16:8 one week so far, zigzag calorie pattern.
Get at least 8hrs sleep and a nap when I can.
Work out fasted with free-form fermented and unflavored BCAA (tastes and smalls awful) and non additive electrolyte powder.
Hoping this improvement will continue and potentially yield some benefit for autoimmune thyroid. Next check in 2 months will tell.
