Feeling really good!! Another day of getting my workout done first thing-- and actually a little longer this morning. I did about 50 minutes between two different workouts. Todays focus was arms and abs.
Ended up with no kids at home last night, so hubby and I went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. I threw on one of my 'little black dresses' (thank you Imluuvd!) and some heels and off we went. Had a really good dinner and a yummy drink, then came home to have a nice, kid free night alone. By the time he got off work last night, hubby had in 55 hours for the week, so luckily he didn't have to go in until 6:30 this morning and was able to get some decent sleep. Today looks like it's going to be a fairly early day for him, thankfully.
We're hoping to finish up school clothes shopping this weekend. We're planning on hitting the mall tonight for a few things, then heading to the Outlet mall tomorrow afternoon to put the finishing touches on. Plan is to have it all done by tomorrow so we don't have to spend all day Sunday doing it-- We'll see! May take the kids bowling again.
Have some computer work to get done this morning, then heading out for a short drive to a store where I will help train a new employee and then head home at a decent time.
For those that started these challenges, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! This was just the motivation I needed to kick me into gear on my activity. The accountability of reporting really helps me. So, again, THANK YOU!!

I know how it is with hubby's working long hours. My hubby is gone about 12 hours each day and at least 10 of that is actual hours at work. And that doesn't count the extra stuff he has to do in the evening or on the weekends! And that's a normal week. It makes you appreciate the time you have together all the more. I'm glad you got to go out to dinner together. I'm sure you looked fantastic in your "little black dress". I'm looking forward to the days when there will be no more "back to school" shopping. Only 3 more years!

A quiet night with hubby is indeed a rare one around here, as well. I need to get out and finish school shopping, too...ugh. I don't want to! Good for you getting that work out done and revved to go for the day!! Have a great day!

Oh wow, sounds like well deserved and much needed night out! Glad the dress works I bet it looks stunning on ya, you'll have to post a pic sometime of you in it. We all need a little black dress. Hmmm, now you've got me thinking.

Glad you had a fun night out with the husband! I'll be glad when I can wear a "little black dress"! Right now I'd have to get a "little black tent"! :) Reminds me of when I was little, my brother would tease me by saying my clothes were made by Omar the Tentmaker. he was a poopyhead.
