Staying the same. Not bad. Not surprising. I've moved the goal weight a couple of pounds down, so now it's at 167. I don't know if I should move it further as I get closer. I want to stabilise again at the mid-160s. 167-168 would be good. 164-165 would be even better, but I'll be happy at the 12 stone mark again.
77,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 75,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
