Ugh. Way up today -- but I know it is only temporary. My stomach is not too happy with me today. In addition to suffering from the effects of my ‘over’ indulgence day on Saturday I had chili twice yesterday (by coincidence two different get togethers yesterday decided to server it ). Both were good – but body is not quite used to it.
