Nice one! Hey I saw part of the Insanity Workout on CNBC and saw some useful moves. :-) Looks rough... I'm starting to get interested in Slim in 6 lol.

I like the Slim in 6. Definitely easier, though! You can also check out some of the Insanity on YouTube, too. One guy shows himself doing the Fit Test. I laugh because it's painful and he's edited it, meaning he's taken a break between exercises and there's NO BREAK for the Fit Test. Or any of the workout for that matter! I DON'T laugh because today is the Fit Test!!! Hopefully I'll see an improvement over when I started! :) Oh, on the Slim in 6 dvds, there is the instructor and two others with her doing the workout - a woman and a man! I'm glad you mentioned this workout on someone's post (giving credit to Cathy, of course) as it made me look it up. I doubt I'll see the results they show, but it is helping and is working. :)
