I have struggled with being hungry the last two weeks. Years ago WW had a unlimited soup that could be eaten when you were hungry and helped. The only trouble was that it had cabbage in it and that caused my gallbladder to act up. So I've created one similar without cabbage (replacing cabbage with squash, okra, and zucchini). I also am going to make a frozen drink with skim milk, fruit, and ice crushed together in my blender. (It tastes like a milk shake and is very filling....so maybe it will help too.)
