I started playing biggest loser on Xbox. Day 2 I did an extra few workouts since it was my day off ( doing 4, 15 minute workouts a week to start). Light stuff but still did it. Weighed myself this morning expecting very little , but post just under 2 lbs. big motivates to keep it up and really stick to a edit. Hubby's doing it to but just took the test, has yet to work out. I just did day 3 of the program. Really feeling it after last night, but not too sore. The main thing is I feel so much better already about myself, and much more motivated!!
103,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
