Diario de Chickstr, 07 ago. 10

Well today is week 2 that I have been on Dr. Conte's diet regimen. It hasn't been that easy. Keeping track of what I eat has help tremendously. I know I can lose more if I was excercising but this morning has been the first day in a month that the humidity wasn't over 100%. I know that's just an excuse but I also don't want to pass out from heat exhuastion in my house. I will need to work out because I can feel it in my syactic. I go back to Dr. Conte on Friday for a full work up so hopefully I can lose a few more pounds by then.
72,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
