Drank my 3L of water yesterday. Thinking to try 4.5 today. Went over my RDI by 18% yesterday. I should have eaten my burg with my husband and I would have loved it with no bun. But I kinda ate it just because he was eating - next time I will adjust my food intake and be closer to my goal, love a bunless burger anyway. Today I will workout on an empty stomach. I have a fast going until 12. Great workout yesterday - and hoping it doesn't effect my stamina. I think if I push hard it won't. Made veggie and fruit tray for work tonight and will eat my other RDI before I leave minus the tray so I won't go over today. Still going strong with no alcohol and that feels great. 44 days out of 60 to go... Then Metallica and the Francisco Symphony. I am so excited to be at my goal weight - playing tourist.
