I am starting over again 😃 i know I can do this I just need to be strong and fight hard. I maintained the same weight for 4 years but it wasn't a good weight and it wasn't my goal weight. I kept telling myself as long as you aren't gaining you are fine. Weight is starting to creep up so it's time to be responsible and break the cycle and get serious again. Back on WW for 4 time
