I've increase my cardio exercise to a daily basis and incorporated resistance training. This working well along with tweaking phase 1 and phase 2; I mainly eat a vegetarian diet throughout the week and add some lean chicken, fish or meat on the weekends to keep up my strenght and nutrients.
101,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 1,3 kg a la Semana

this sounds good to me I've tried everything else and my weight will not bulge maybe I should try a veterian diet on the week days....I have to look into that.
