Diario de livelifefully, 28 jul. 08

I had to weigh in today as we will be heading out on vacation this morning and gone through Friday. We'll be camping in Grand Haven, MI. It's such a cute town on Lake Michigan and has lots of bays with boats, etc. Just lovely! We'll be camping with close friends and their family too, so fun for the whole family.

I did follow points on Thurs and Friday and exercised good both those days, so my weight was down then. Sat. I did good but went out for dinner at night. Sunday I ate well I thought but am up today. I have a temporary crown that fell off on Sat. so I was trying to only eat soft foods to not have it fall off again on Sunday. I may just have have had too many carbs. It wasn't much stuff though at all b/c I couldn't hardly eat. Oh well. I will try to do good eating on vacation which is really hard for me. I will get as much exercise as I can which should be ok to do. Hope you all have a good week!
