After a really bad 4 days of not watching my carbs my weight shows it!! My friend that is in drug rehab told me he relapsed. Thus I felt the desire to do the same.(He relapsed with drugs I relapsed with food.) I have been very down and frustrated with the turn of events this week. He is working on getting back on track and so am I. He has not used since Monday. I am watching my intake now. We can do this.
