Well down 2 pounds today. I think it could be more but my scale is special. I am going to buy a digital one today that way I can read the number rather than geting 3 different numbers. I think increasing my cal my 100 was the key. This week I am going to up my green intake so I will be eating the whole 12 oz bag of lettuce, carrots and red cabbage mix. I am still hoping to get to 160 by the 30th which is my birthday but only time will tell. Either way I am very happy with what I am accomplished so far.
