Diario de Kville, 21 jul. 10

This first week I have learned to not focus on losing or where my weight is now. I focus on eating right, building my way to exercise more, and being kind to myself and not pushing too hard so I won't lose momentum.

I'm in it for life so a gradually change is reasonable and will be lasting.

I've lost 5 lbs just by changing my eating pattern and focusing on me, light exercise 6 days a week (floor work) and not pushing myself.

I want to be as the office depot button....that was easy....all the way to my goal and beyond!

In my mind I'm already there! Catch up body!
