Not keen on going to the doctor tomorrow, but it's hopefully showing some results if I can work on my extra pounds or not. Especially as I didn't like the full stop with my thyroid healing therapy. But the reason was worth to have a break and I wouldn't mind to do it 6 more months. But it doesn't look good currently 😟

62,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
