Ok, so here are the results of thanksgiving. I am now at 218.4 lbs. Did I eat poorly? Yes. Did I not exercise? Yes. Do I still fit in my size 36 jeans? Yes.
Bottom line, starting today I am back to logging everything I eat and getting back on track. Thanksgiving is always a hard time to stay on track..we had 17 people stay over and we had all sorts of great food. Now is the time to turn around and get back on a downward trend.
I just switched phone carriers and I have to get my FS app loaded on the new phone, hopefully it gets activated today.
I am grateful that I did not completely blow up over the week...I am 4.7 lbs away from my lowest weight this year, I will get back to that and start exercising again. Its been rough because this week we have visitors from abroad that I need to present to all week at work..It makes for a crazy situation from a going to the gym perspective. At the very least I will stick to my diet starting today.
I hope everyone had a safe and great thanksgiving.

Thanks to all. Yes, Its just been a struggle to find time. I will start trending back down. I just have to build in time. I will go back to the Gym..let's see if I can build time in tomorrow morning.

I found it much more difficult when there was food around that I am trying to avoid. In my house, it's just me, so it makes it so much easier. Did you get rid of the food yet, now that everyone is gone? Keep at it, you are looking great!
