Diario de newmama, 12 nov. 12

Well gained that blasted 5 lbs again. Bah! Not exercising and not feeling very good about myself. Hubby and I are commiting to working out more and eating better especially during the holiday season. I don't need to eat horrible just because the food is there. I can have self control... hmmmm, guess we will see. Just did a work out and felt good. Plans to work out tomorrow and the next day with friends that will push me. So that is a good start.

The weather is gross today so an inside workout was all I got. But did some plyometrics and some body weight exercises. Seemed effective, I am already sore. Eating better today too. Chocolate chip cookie dough is the in the freezer though... oh bother.

Praying through this. Trying not to find my worth in my weight, my curves, or my abs. Christ is my identity. Need to work on my heart as much as I am going to work on my body. Going to read the Bible now.
