been clean eating for 5 days now. given up alcohol and sugar for the whole month of november. im on full stream ahead weightloss mode atm in preparation for summer. have big festival on for 4 daysprior to new yrs eve. i REALLY want to get back down to where i was by then. 12.3kg to lose in just under 8 weeks.
