so I haven't really tracked this week, I've had company and been very busy. still even when I wasnt actually counting calories and logging every bite I didn't go to crazy off the rails and I'm happy to not see a huge gain! anyways company is gone and it's back to tracking every bite so I can see some more loss.
116,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 34,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
