I have lost 65lbs to date and it wasn't that hard. Stay positive and you'll meet your goals. Never allow yourself to be hungry find a health snack you enjoy and eat that. I ate for something to do not because I was hungry. I also chew alot of sugar free gum to help with cravings and I drink a tonne of water.
