I don't know why I am stuck on the same lb. again.
I didn't count any calories over the weekend because I was frustrated but I'm back to counting and tracking today. I did still work out bc I'm training for a half marathon and couldn't miss my runs.
117,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 36,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
