Evening Update:
This week is the beginning of my physical exercise phase. I am planning to hit the gym on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Monday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday I will work out from home. My work outs will be of the aerobic type...treadmill, some bike and crunches/burpees. I think ultimately I need to burn off the rest of the "old fat" that is left to lose. I was this weight when I got married so its basically law school/college fat...that is old fat.
Been busy cleaning today and doing some food shopping. I haven't been in too much of a journaling mood this weekend...just so much to do and little time. Additionally, when I write in this journal, I like my privacy. I don't want someone looking over my shoulder or reading as I type. I consider this journal a private recording of my thoughts. I need to feel like I have the atmosphere to be creative. Anyway, I will retire my journal for today.
