I know I've gone up for a few weeks because I was not consistent with my food logging and at the same time was with people who arent trying to lose weight or who wanted to eat fast food. So I know I had a weight gain during the weeks but then my mom joined me and we buckled down to exercise and food log and motivate one another because we both want to be down about 50 pounds or more before my younger sister's graduation. I believe we can do it. We are strong when we work together. With my mom's help and strength we managed to focus more and whatever weight I gained since the last check in/ weigh in I have lost plus an extra pound! I'm so happy!

now to stay focused and explore filling veggie meals.
