Diario de anaplans, 16 feb. 19

OK so not much of a weight loss or gain which is good! because chips and salsa invaded my mouth for a few days and was hoping that all that sodium will get out before the weight check. but I did talk to my doctor yesterday on my check up and I did talk to her about me not having a schedule on eating because I get up get my coffee and I don’t get hungry and then there are times that it’s 3 o’clock and I notice that all I had was coffee. and that’s what causes my raging cravings in the evening so. so per her advice I put alarms on my phone to remind me at certain time intervals to go get something to eat whether I’m hungry or not I will shove something in my mouth. and that’s going to help my weight loss and it’s going to help my craving and reaching for unhealthy choices at 7 PM (chips and salsa). !!!!!! I think the alarms are a great idea because it will remind me go get something to eat just because you’re not hungry it doesn’t mean you’re NOT hungry. So here is to alarms all day 🤣
