WOW,so after about what seemed like an eternity of idling, I zoomed passed my prior low and hit my weight. I am completely at a loss, happy, yes very happy, but perplexed. Now, I just have to think about how I can keep this going. I need to keep trending this way.
Thoughts for the Day:
1) Do Something about It: So, while I was pissed that I hit a wall in my weight loss, I knew that doing nothing would achieve similar results. SO, I added additional exercise to my routine. I now walk to my train stop and I choose longer paths to get to the train and home. I truly believe that the answer to most any issue is in us, we just need to listen to ourselves and follow through. We have to do something about it.
2) Feeling great - I was feeling a bit bold today. Finally, breaking through the weigh loss slump made me so happy. I had on my shades, my cool jacket and the size 36 slacks. Listening to some Justin Timberlake and feeling righteous! Its amazing how progress makes us feel..
