Maybe I shouldn't be weighing in this soon but was so happy with the numbers on the scale this a.m that I wanted to document it. While the scale is only a portion of my journey this weight-in has really boosted my attitude. My committment is already high and this has affirmed that I am doing very well and going in the right direction. Encouragement is always a good thing and this is so encouraging. Forward Motion!
